North American Rescue

At Alaskan Survival Gear, our first experience with NAR products was learning about the CAT tourniquet. Our staff carried CAT tourniquets in every pack when heading out to fish or hunt. Knowing they’d be hiking long distances meant if something bad happened, they’d need to buy as much time as possible. Working as first responders, our staff has been trained on many more incredible North American Rescue products. The Hyfin Chest Seal, QuickClot, Z-Fold Combat Gauze, and other products are a staple in our EMS bags. When responding to emergency calls in the Alaskan bush, we can’t risk anything less than the best. Our response times are long, patient transport is extended and rough, and BLS actions last for hours, not minutes. Just like an Alaskan first responder, when you head out into the bush or any other wilderness, you need carry the best. North American Rescue has you covered. Please considering supporting Alaskan Survival Gear LLC when you buy a new kit, add to an existing one, or restock supplies.
